We are looking for a motivated Intern to join the Organizational Secretariat dedicated to private, corporate, and institutional events hosted at Relais Villa Porta. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of event planning and hospitality management.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the planning and organization of private and corporate events;
- Participate in client meetings and site inspections;
- Assist in the coordination of internal departments and external suppliers for event execution;
- Welcome and assist guests during private, corporate, and institutional events;
- Contribute to the creation of the social media editorial calendar and related copywriting;
- Support CRM and client relationship management activities.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail;
- Interest in event management, hospitality, and communication;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written);
- Proficiency with main Office and social media tools;
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
