JOB DESCRIPTION
Sheraton Milan Malpensa is looking for an Events Coordinator to join its Groups & Events team!
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing all aspects related to the organization of events and room groups, including proposals, site inspections, contract management, invoicing, and payments;
- Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the property during both the planning phase and the actual execution of the event;
- Communicating effectively with all departments involved to ensure that the client's expectations are met.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in the same role within similar environments;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Banqueting operations;
- Negotiation skills, both via email and telephone;
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is considered an advantage.
