About the Role
The Front Desk Intern will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations, providing an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills and learn front desk procedures in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about the hotel and local area;
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally;

- Respond to online reviews to ensure positive guest engagement;
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to support smooth hotel operations.
